We are not liable for any loss or damage that results from your failure to keep your account secure. You may not use our website, products, hosting, or services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. We actively monitor for misuse, and any account involved in the activities below may be suspended or terminated without a refund. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, attack, or exploit our servers or those of any other person, or operate malicious botnets.
• Run PHP or CGI proxies, CGI-IRC, fake or disposable mailers, SMS bombers, or similar abusive scripts.
• Abuse server resources or cron jobs in a way that affects the stability, security, or performance of other users.
• Misuse our support system, including our ticket and live chat services, by submitting abusive, repeated, or bad-faith requests.

If anyone uses your script or hosting to hack or exploit our servers, we may terminate your account immediately to protect other users. No credit or refund will be granted for any interruption of service caused by a breach of these Terms.

If you use our hosting or server services, the following terms apply:

• Configuration requests: for fully managed dedicated servers, we offer custom PHP and MySQL configurations, firewalls for dedicated IPs, DNS, and httpd configurations.
• Software requests: we will install cPanel extensions where possible, as long as they do not affect the security, stability, or performance of other users on the server.
• Backups: we keep backups where possible, but you are fully responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any data loss.
• Support scope: we do not provide emergency, phone, or live chat support for hosting, and response times may take some hours. We do not provide webmaster support such as coding, installations, or error fixing, although we will help with server library or configuration issues where it is within our control.

After you purchase a product, you can contact us for help by opening a support ticket. We will do our best to resolve genuine issues and to fix smaller bugs through updates to the product. Content and product support is offered to verified customers through tickets.

If your request requires changes to the system beyond standard support, you have two options:

• Wait for a future update that may include the change.
• Hire us for customization for an additional charge, in line with our Customization Policy.

All of our products are created and owned by ViserLab, and your purchase grants you a license to use them under the applicable license terms, not ownership of the product itself. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or exploit any part of our products or services, or access to them, without our express written permission or that of the product owner. You are responsible for all content you post on our forums, demos, and services, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Once a product has been modified, we cannot guarantee that it will work with all third-party plugins, modules, or web browsers. We recommend that you test browser and plugin compatibility against the live demo before purchase, as we cannot guarantee that our products will work with every possible combination of software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViserLab will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services. Your use of our products and services is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

For our SEO and digital marketing services, we do not guarantee delivery within any specific time frame, and we make no guarantee of particular results or rankings. Any estimates we provide when an order is placed are estimates only. We will not be held responsible for loss of income, negative reviews, or any penalty you receive from a third party because of delivery times or campaign outcomes. If you are reselling on a platform that requires time-sensitive results, you use our SEO and marketing services at your own risk.

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Account deposits are used to pay for orders, hosting, and services, and once a deposit is completed it cannot be reversed.

By making a payment, you agree not to open a dispute or chargeback against us without first giving us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. If you file a dispute or chargeback in bad faith, or use an unauthorized or stolen payment method, we reserve the right to cancel all current and future orders, suspend or terminate your account, and decline future business with you. There are no exceptions to this rule.

We may offer free balance, coupons, and deposit offers from time to time. We reserve the right to review these at any time and to deduct them from your account balance if we reasonably believe they are being abused. If a deduction causes your account balance to become negative, the account may be automatically suspended. To reactivate a suspended account with a negative balance, you can request to make a custom payment to settle the amount owed.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, products, or services at any time if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a risk to us or other users, or if required by law. No credit or refund will be granted for any service interruption that results from a violation of these Terms. We will not knowingly allow our platform to be used for activity that breaks the law, so please do not sign up if you intend to use our services for any purpose that is against these Terms.
