Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains, in plain language, when a refund is possible, when it is not, and how to request one.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital products, hosting, and services offered by ViserLab LLC ("ViserLab", "we", "us", or "our"). Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly, they are treated differently from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before you place an order, as completing a purchase means you accept the terms below.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Customization Policy, Direct Selling Item Policy, and Infrastructure Policy.
Where You Purchased Matters
We sell our products through two official channels only, and the refund process depends on where you bought the item.
- Directly from our website: this Refund Policy applies in full, and any eligible refund is handled by our team.
- Through the Envato marketplace: refunds are governed by Envato's own refund policy and are handled through Envato. We are glad to help with support, but we cannot issue a refund for a purchase made on Envato.
We do not authorize any resellers. If you bought our product from anywhere other than our website or our official Envato account, we cannot verify the purchase or offer a refund.
Digital Products and Downloads
Our products are digital items such as scripts, source code, extensions, templates, and applications. Once a product has been downloaded, the full value of the product has effectively been delivered, and the purchase is not refundable. We provide a live demo for every product so you can review and test all of its features before you buy. We strongly encourage you to explore the demo and confirm that the product fits your needs before completing your order.
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
For products purchased directly from our website, we may issue a refund only in the following limited situations:
- The product is completely non-functional and is not the same as the demo we provided, and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
- You opened a support ticket about a genuine problem and did not receive any response from us within 48 hours (2 business days).
- The product description was significantly and provably misleading about what the product does.
In each case, you must give us a fair opportunity to review and fix the issue first. If we are able to resolve the problem, a refund will not apply.
When a Refund Is Not Possible
A refund will not be granted in situations that are outside our control or that come down to a change of mind, including the following:
- The product works correctly but does not include a feature you assumed it had without checking the demo.
- Your requirements changed and you no longer need the product or service.
- You found another product elsewhere that you prefer.
- You decided you no longer want a website, application, or service.
- The features do not match your expectations or are not as extensive as you thought.
- Your server or hosting environment does not meet the requirements needed to run our product.
- You have already downloaded the product.
- The issue is caused by changes you or a third party made to the source code.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase qualifies under the conditions above, please open a ticket at our Helpdesk before requesting a refund anywhere else. To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- A clear description of the problem, along with a link and a screenshot or screen recording that shows the issue.
Our team will review your request and do its best to resolve the issue or respond with a decision. Please note that requesting a refund does not guarantee that one will be approved, and approval is at our reasonable discretion based on this policy.
Refund Processing and Fees
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order.
- A refund processing fee of up to 20% of the order value may be deducted. This covers our non-refundable payment gateway charges (around 4%), dispute handling costs (around 9%), and administrative processing (around 7%).
- Once approved, a refund can take up to 45 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
- When you submit a refund claim, you will no longer be able to download or use the product, and you must stop using it and remove any copies in your possession.
Hosting, Domains, and Services
Hosting plans, domain registrations, digital marketing, SEO campaigns, and other services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the work has begun. Domain registrations in particular cannot be refunded because they are registered through third-party registrars on your behalf. For SEO and marketing campaigns, we provide our best effort but cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or delivery times, and no refund will be issued based on the outcome of a campaign.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancelling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any product or service already purchased, and you will lose access to any items, balances, or services associated with the account once it is closed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute against us without first allowing us a reasonable chance to resolve the matter. Opening a chargeback or dispute in bad faith, or using an unauthorized or stolen payment method, is considered a violation of our terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your orders, suspend or terminate your account, and decline future business with you.
