Customization Policy

We build tailored solutions on top of our products and from scratch. This page explains how the process works and the terms that apply.

At ViserLab LLC ("ViserLab", "we", "us", or "our"), we take pride in offering customization services for our existing software products, as well as complete fresh development from scratch. Our goal is to tailor our solutions to the unique needs of your business, with enhanced functionality and smooth integration into your workflow. To keep the process clear and transparent for everyone, we have set out the terms below, and by ordering any customization work you agree to them.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Direct Selling Item Policy, and Infrastructure Policy.

1

How the Customization Process Works

To keep things smooth and predictable, every customization project follows the same simple steps:

  • You share your requirements with us in as much detail as possible.
  • We review them and provide a quote that sets out the scope, estimated cost, and estimated timeline.
  • Once you approve the quote and complete the agreed payment, we begin work.
  • We deliver the completed work and confirm that it matches the agreed scope.

Any timelines and costs we share are estimates made in good faith and may change if the requirements or conditions of the project change.

2

Scope and Change Requests

During the project we will work carefully to the scope and specifications we agreed with you. Any change request raised after the initial agreement may affect the project timeline, the cost, and the way the customization interacts with future updates. To avoid delays and unexpected charges, we strongly recommend discussing and finalizing the full scope before the project begins. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and quoted separately.

3

Payments and Deposits

Customization projects normally require a deposit or advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Because customization is bespoke work carried out specifically for you, payments for work already started or completed are non-refundable. If you cancel a project after it has begun, you remain responsible for the cost of the work done up to that point. Refunds, where they apply at all, are handled under our Refund Policy.

4

Your Responsibilities

A customization project is a shared effort. To help us deliver on time, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete requirements and any content, branding, or materials we need.
  • Give us the access and credentials required to carry out the work safely.
  • Respond to our questions and review our work within a reasonable time.

Delays caused by missing information, access, or feedback on your side may extend the timeline and, in some cases, increase the cost of the project.

5

30 Days of Support

After the final delivery of your customized software, we provide a 30-day support period. During this time, our support team is available to help with questions, concerns, or issues directly related to the customization we delivered. This support covers the customized work itself, and does not cover unrelated bugs, new feature requests, server or hosting problems, or issues caused by changes that you or a third party make after delivery. After the 30-day period ends, further support or changes will be charged accordingly.

6

Compatibility with Future Updates

Our customization services are designed to optimize the software and align it with your specific needs. It is important to understand that customizing the software affects its ability to receive future updates. Updates or patches released for the original product will not be compatible with your customized version, and applying them could overwrite your customizations or cause errors.

If you want a customized product to be moved onto a newer version of the original software in the future, that is treated as a new project and is quoted and charged separately.

7

Ownership and Third-Party Components

On full payment, the custom work we build is delivered to you for use with your validly licensed copy of the product. The original product and its license terms continue to apply, and customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying product to you. We may reuse the general methods, techniques, and know-how developed during the project in our future work. We are not responsible for third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or services used in or alongside the customization, and we cannot guarantee they will continue to work if those third parties change or discontinue them.

8

Your Acknowledgement

By choosing our customization services, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and that you accept both the benefits and the limitations of customizing software, including the effect on future updates. We look forward to working with you to create tailored solutions that elevate your business.
