Your purchase grants you a license to use the item under the applicable license terms, and you may not claim our products as your own, whether modified or unmodified. Demo content is provided for demonstration purposes only and must not be used in a live production environment.
Item Download
We recommend downloading your purchased item as soon as your order is complete and keeping your own backup copy. ViserLab LLC is not obligated to maintain the continuous availability of any item for download.

To receive technical assistance, product-related help, or installation support from the ViserLab team, you must have an active support period. Support is only available while your support license is valid. If your support period has expired, please renew it to continue receiving assistance.
What Support Includes

- Assistance with bugs and issues in the original item.
- Help with the third-party assets included in the item.
- cPanel-based installation support.
- Technical guidance on the product's built-in features.
What Support Does Not Include
- Customization or new feature development.
- Installation on non-cPanel environments.
- Training or guidance on unrelated third-party integrations.

We offer two license types to suit different needs. Neither license allows redistribution or resale of the item.

- Local activation is not included
Extended License
- Priority support with top priority in the queue
- Free installation available anytime while your support period is active
- Installation included for any hosting environment with a control panel
- Valid for a single domain or end product
- Includes one extra local activation for development or testing
